Accommodation Terms of Use
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all uses of our facility (hereinafter the “Hotel”). Guests are deemed to have agreed to these Terms when using the Hotel.
Article 2 (Reservations & Use)
1. Reservations are accepted via the official website or designated booking platforms.
2. Changes or cancellations after confirmation are subject to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.
3. Check-in and check-out times follow the details stated in the reservation.
Article 3 (Rates)
1. Room rates are based on the prices displayed at the time of booking.
2. Additional use (e.g., extended stay, additional guests, equipment usage) will incur extra charges.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Guests must not engage in the following acts:
1. Use of fire (e.g., smoking outside designated areas, using candles).
2. Acts that may disturb other guests or neighbors (e.g., loud noise, odors).
3. Damaging, soiling, or removing Hotel property or equipment.
4. Acts that violate laws; bringing dangerous items onto the premises.
5. Bringing pets without prior permission (except where specially authorized).
Article 5 (Damages)
If a guest damages, soils, or loses Hotel property or equipment, the Hotel may charge repair costs or compensation.
Article 6 (Disclaimers)
1. The Hotel bears no responsibility for theft or loss of guests’ valuables or belongings.
2. The Hotel is not liable when use becomes impossible due to reasons not attributable to the Hotel, such as natural disasters or transportation delays.
Article 7 (Request to Vacate)
If a guest violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, the Hotel may refuse accommodation or request the guest to leave. In such cases, accommodation fees will not be refunded.
Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the Hotel’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cancellation Policy
2 days before arrival: 25% of room charge
1 day before arrival: 50%
On the day of arrival: 100%
Special Grounds for Waiving Cancellation Fees
If any of the following applies, cancellation fees will not be charged.
1) A Special Warning (Tokubetsu Keihō) is issued for the area where the Hotel is located on the check-in or check-out date.
2) On the check-in or check-out date, the scheduled train or flight is canceled due to natural disasters, and the carrier designates the case as no-charge.
3) On the check-in date, road closures on expressways or major routes make it physically impossible to reach the Hotel.
4) You need to change your stay due to fever or illness. Only one change is accepted under the same conditions (length of stay, number of guests, number of rooms) within 90 days from the original check-in date.
5) You make a new reservation with the same conditions (date, number of guests, number of rooms) at the time of cancellation.
6) By the day before check-in, you change only the stay date or number of rooms, with no changes to number of guests, room type, or plan.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies follow the details stated at the time of reservation and on the Terms of Use page. If a cancellation fee applies, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason. (2 days before: 25%, 1 day before: 50%, same day: 100%)
Service Unavailability
If accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or facility issues, we will promptly contact you and provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.
